Privacy Policy

Limitless Content Machine ("Limitless Content Machine," "we," "us," or "our") runs limitlesscontentmachine.com (the "Site"). This policy explains what information we collect through the Site, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
What this policy covers
This policy covers the Site, the beta and waitlist form on it, and the emails we send about them. It does not cover the services we provide to client practices, including the client login at app.limitlesscontentmachine.com and any patient information a client practice shares with us. Those are governed by our Client Services Agreement and our Business Associate Agreement with each practice.
The Site is for dental practices, not patients. Please don't enter or send any patient information through the Site or by email.
Information you give us
When you claim a beta spot or join the waitlist, we collect:
- your name and email address
- your practice's name
- your practice's website, phone number, and city and state, if you choose to give them
- the plan you're interested in
- whether your office can film short videos
- whether you've purchased a course from Limitless On Demand
- your agreement to be contacted by email
If you send your request by email instead, or email us for any other reason, we collect your message and your contact details.
Information collected automatically
- Signup source. When you submit the form, we save the page you landed on, any campaign tags in the link you followed (UTM source, medium, campaign, content, and term), and the domain of the website that sent you to us (not the full page address). This tells us which channels bring practices to us.
- Email activity. We record whether and when you confirmed your email address. Our email provider also records when a link in one of our emails is clicked. We don't track whether you open our emails.
- Visit statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and measure how quickly the Site loads. It does not use cookies or store anything on your device, and it does not follow you to other websites.
- Server logs and security. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, automatically processes technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request, to deliver and protect the Site. Our form service uses your IP address to limit repeated submissions.
- Spam protection. The form includes a hidden field that helps us filter out automated spam.
How we use information
We use the information described above to:
- manage your beta request or your place on the waitlist
- confirm your email address
- contact you about your request, the beta, the waitlist, and Content Machine openings, as you agreed in the form
- answer your questions
- use your Limitless On Demand answer when we offer beta spots
- understand which campaigns and websites bring visitors to the Site
- prevent spam and abuse and keep the Site secure
- meet our legal obligations
- start onboarding if your practice becomes a client (from then on, our Client Services Agreement governs)
Emails, calls, and texts
After you submit the form, we send a confirmation email, and your request is confirmed only when you click the link in it. We may then email you about your request, the beta, the waitlist, and Content Machine openings. Every marketing email we send includes a way to unsubscribe, and you can also ask us to stop at any time by emailing hello@limitlesscontentmachine.com. Even after you unsubscribe, we may send messages you need about a request you made.
If you give us a phone number, we use it only to reach you about your request. We don't send marketing text messages.
Some of our emails come from Sage, our automated assistant. Sage is always identified as automated, and a person on our team reads every reply.
How long we keep information
We keep waitlist and beta records while the waitlist or beta is open and for 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. When we remove a request, we erase its details, and copies in our encrypted backups are replaced within 30 days. If your practice becomes a client, your records move into your client file. Our providers keep server logs on their own schedules.
Your choices and rights
You may ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you may withdraw your agreement to be contacted at any time. Email hello@limitlesscontentmachine.com with "Privacy request" in the subject line. We will confirm the request comes from you by replying to the email address we have on file, and we will respond within 30 days.
Depending on where you live, state privacy laws may give you more rights. We will honor those rights as the law requires.
Security
We protect information with reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), a private database on our own server, encrypted backups, and access limited to the team members who need it. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.
Children
The Site is for dental professionals and businesses. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Where information is processed
We are based in the United States, and our database and backups are in the United States. Some of our service providers may process information in other countries. For example, Cloudflare delivers the Site through its worldwide network, so a visit may be handled by a Cloudflare server near you.
Changes to this policy
When we update this policy, we will post the new version on the Site with a new "Last updated" date. If a change is significant, we will also tell you by email if we have your address, or by a notice on the Site.
