Limitless Content Machine
Terms of Use
Effective October 16, 2026. Last updated October 16, 2026.
1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Use govern your use of limitlesscontentmachine.com (the "Site"), run by Limitless Content Machine ("Limitless Content Machine," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. If you use the Site for a dental practice, you confirm that you are authorized to act for it.
2. Who the Site is for
The Site is for dental practices and dental professionals in the United States who want to learn about our services. You use it for your business, not for personal, family, or household purposes. You must be at least 18 years old to use it.
3. Information only
Everything on the Site, including descriptions of our services, prices, timelines, examples, and answers to common questions, is general information about our business. It is not legal, regulatory, dental, or other professional advice. The example posts and accounts shown on the Site come from Dr. Nick Ciardiello's own brands: his practice, Limitless Dental®, his online platform for continuing education, Limitless On Demand, and his own account. Results vary from practice to practice, and we do not promise any number of followers, views, leads, or patients, or any amount of revenue.
4. Beta requests and the waitlist
Submitting a form on the Site does not create a contract, reserve a spot, or commit either side to anything. The beta is limited to 10 practices, and we decide which practices are offered a spot. A client relationship starts only when both sides sign our Client Services Agreement, Order Form, and Business Associate Agreement. Prices on the Site may change before you sign, and the signed Order Form controls.
5. Media releases for your practice's content
If your practice becomes a client, your practice is responsible for getting a signed media release from every patient and every team member who appears in, or can be identified from, the photos, videos, testimonials, or other content made for your practice, and for keeping those signed releases in your own records. For a patient, the release must also be a valid HIPAA authorization. We do not collect or keep these releases for you. We rely on your confirmation that they are on file, and we stop using material as soon as you tell us a release has been withdrawn or has expired.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any claim that arises because a release was missing, invalid, withdrawn, or expired. Our Client Services Agreement sets out the full terms.
6. Information you give us
You agree to give accurate information, and to submit only information about yourself or your practice. Never submit patient information through the Site. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle what you send.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Site for anything unlawful or misleading
- submit someone else's information without permission, or pretend to be someone else
- scrape, copy, or harvest the Site or its content with bots or other automated tools, except search engines indexing the Site in the normal way
- probe, scan, or test the Site's security, or try to get around any security measure
- upload malware or anything that could harm the Site or its users
- interfere with the Site's operation, including by overloading it
- use the Site's content to build a competing service or to train artificial intelligence models without our written permission
8. Our content and trademarks
The Site and everything on it, including text, design, graphics, videos, the Limitless Content Machine name, and our logo, belong to us or to the people who license them to us. We give you a limited, revocable permission to view the Site to learn about our services. You may not copy, download, change, distribute, or reuse its content without our written permission. Some videos and images show real people. Do not reuse them.
9. Feedback
If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them without owing you anything.
10. Links to other sites
The Site may link to other websites and social media accounts. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
11. Disclaimer
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise that the Site will always be available or free of errors.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, and our total liability for any claim about the Site is limited to $100. These limits do not change anything in a signed Client Services Agreement, which has its own terms.
13. Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the Site or your breach of these terms.
14. Governing law and disputes
New Jersey law governs these terms and any dispute about the Site, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any such dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and you and we agree to their jurisdiction.
15. Changes
We may update the Site and these terms at any time. When we change these terms, we will post the new version with a new "Last updated" date. Using the Site after a change means you accept the new terms.
16. Ending access
We may suspend or end anyone's access to the Site if they break these terms.
17. General
These terms, with the Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between you and us about the Site. If any part is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your rights under these terms; we may transfer ours as part of a sale or reorganization of our business.
